Young people constitute 25% of the European population, but their voices are not equally heard, and their opinions are not equally represented in political structures and institutions. The 25 Percent project aims to give space to youth voices who have not been heard before, influence the Conference on the Future of Europe through actionable ideas, and empower young people from all walks of life to become active citizens.
